Firstly, happy New Year!! I know its somewhat late but never late than never, or so they say. 

During the Christmas break i planned what i want to achieve by the end of this year. In all honesty this is the first time i have EVER done this. These are the things i want to accomplish by the end of 2018:

ABOUT ME

Sport has always played a big part in my life and I played football for Norwich Academy until the age of 16, followed by playing semi professional football for local teams.  I have also played county cricket from the age of 10 to 17 and this led to me wanting to inspire  and share my passion with others. 

I developed a love of rugby in my late teens and I am looking forward to playing again this season. 

I have been working in the sport industry for over 10 years, most of which has been spent delivering PE in primary and secondary schools. I enjoy seeing children develop their physical skills  and improve their self confidence and their willingness to give it a go. 

I recently embarked on a fitness journey and have subsequently developed a passion for fitness and nutrition. This has led to me qualifying as fitness instructor as I want to help people change their lifestyles through becoming more active and making better food choices. I look forward to running fitness classes in schools i work and running 12 week boot camps.
