boot camp FAQ's
Why is it for 12 weeks?
I could do a boot camp for 4 weeks, 6 weeks or 8 weeks but I want to help people change their lifestyle. It takes 21 days to make something a habit and 90 days to make it a lifestyle. I want to help people live healthier more active lives and not just give people a short term fix which is likely to not be sustainable.
Do I need to attend all sessions?
Of course not. I understand people have lives to live and my boot camp will be about understanding the importance of balance.
What will the sessions be like or based on?
Each session will be a HIIT session which stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Do not worry about the words High Intensity as you are in control of the intensity. It will be down to you how hard you work at each session.
What can I eat?
You can eat what you want. This is not a ‘diet’. Nutrition plans will be discussed in the initial consultation and will be reviewed every 4 weeks.
Will I definitely lose weight?
Yes……hang on…..better than that you will lose fat!! There is a difference which we will discuss in more detail at the consultation. If you come to at least one session a week and follow the nutrition plan I set with you I GUARANTEE you will lose body fat.
